How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For limited edition vinyl or pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page for estimated shipping timelines.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened and sealed vinyl, CDs, and collectibles within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, opened media cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
What should I do if my vinyl record arrives damaged or warped?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and the disc to arrange a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping for global fans?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
Can I cancel a pre-order before it ships?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the shipping process begins. Once an item has entered the fulfillment stage, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned once received.
