We want you to be enchanted by your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened media, including vinyl records and CDs, are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original inserts and sleeves are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
